Delete your account

Delete in the app

1. Sign in to your KingSauce account.
2. Open the Profile tab.
3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
4. Review the warning and confirm deletion.

The in-app Firebase deletion flow removes the Firebase Authentication account, Firestore profile, associated appointments, referenced reserved slots, loyalty data in the profile, and stored notification-token data. The action cannot be undone.

Can’t use the app?

You can request deletion without installing or signing in to the app. Email joachim.shilongo.apps@gmail.com with the subject KingSauce account deletion request. Contact us from your registered email address where possible so we can verify account ownership.

Never send your password or one-time verification codes. We may ask for reasonable identity verification before acting. We will delete the account and associated app data described above, subject to any legally required or security-related retention that we explain to you. No fixed completion time is promised.
