Bookings

Open Appointments to view a pending or confirmed booking. You can cancel an eligible booking there. To choose another time, use Reschedule and submit the new slot for confirmation.

Notifications

Open Profile → Notifications to manage permission in iOS Settings. Booking alerts are sent only to devices signed in to the relevant account.

Account access

Check that your email and password are correct and that the device has an internet connection. Never share your password.
